- Undergarments and intimate apparel (unless faulty).
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
- Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Shipping the Return: Package the item securely with the original packaging (if available) and ship it back to us using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Inspection: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, undamaged, and with tags). If the return is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued.
